Brew & Bloom was founded with a clear vision: to create a distinctive London Dry Gin that brings together exceptional botanicals, traditional craftsmanship and a refined approach to flavour.
Driven by a passion for quality and an appreciation for the natural world, founder Wouter Kwakernaak set out to develop a gin with its own identity. Every botanical was carefully selected to create a harmonious balance of freshness, complexity and character.
From the vibrant citrus notes of Sorrento lemon to the delicate freshness of cucumber and the aromatic depth of rosemary, each ingredient contributes to the distinctive character of Brew & Bloom.

From Vision to Bottle
The creation of Brew & Bloom began with a clear ambition: to develop a London Dry Gin that embraces the character of a true spirit while offering a distinctive and layered flavour experience.
Rather than concealing the strength of the alcohol, the vision was to complement it with carefully balanced botanicals, allowing each flavour to reveal itself.
At the heart of the recipe, juniper berries and coriander seeds provide the traditional foundation of gin. Sichuan flower and Sichuan pepper introduce a distinctive floral character with a subtle touch of spice, while rosemary adds an elegant herbal dimension.
To complete the experience, Sorrento lemon and cucumber bring a refreshing contrast, creating a crisp and vibrant finish.
Developed in collaboration with Stokerij Klopman in Rotterdam, this carefully considered combination of botanicals became the foundation of Brew & Bloom.
